Delivery time
All orders sent by Postnord and placed before 17.00 on weekdays, will be shipped the same day.
All orders under 10 frames are shipped by Postnord.
All orders over 10 frames and placed before 15.00 on weekdays by are shipped by DHL and delivered directly to your store.

Terms of payment
Payment terms 20 days. Interest on late payments is charged at 12%.

VAT
VAT is added to all prices.

Spare parts guarantee
Should something go wrong with our frames, our spare parts guarantee is valid for 3 years from the date the product is sold out in our warehouse.
